Here at United Tracks & Attachments if you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we’re here to provide resolution to any issues you may have. Even if that means our Return and Refund Policy must be used!

Returns
You have 15 calendar days from the date the shipment is received to return any items. For an item to be eligible for a return, the item must be completely unused and in the same condition that it was received in. Upon returning the products, your item must still be in original packaging. There are Several reasons for a return of product to be requested. In order to determine who will pay the return shipping & replacement product shipping (if any) we must determine why it is being returned.

Here you will find two different lists. The first is a list of reasons for a return to be paid for by United Tracks & Attachments, LLC. The second is a list of reasons for a return to be paid for by the Purchaser.Reasons to return a product that qualify for United Tracks & Attachements to cover the costs:
1. Manufacturing defect upon arrival (broken weld, cylinder not functioning, etc.)
2. Damaged during delivery
3. United Tracks & Attachments suggested and sold the incorrect length thumb, meaning that it is either grossly to long or it is to short and it risks binding in the bucket (this applies to weld-on units only & does not cover if an incorrect width was chosen. With Weld on thumbs it is industry standard that there is no guarantee that the fingers will mesh with the teeth on the bucket. The only was to achieve this is to pay for the more expensive Pin on thumb design.)
Reasons to return a product that require the customer to pay shipping costs:
1. Customer ordered wrong size product
2. customer just doesn’t like the product (if within 15 days or delivery DOES NOT APPLY TO PIN-ON THUMBS OR ANY OTHER CUSTOM BUILT PRODUCT)
3. incorrect measurements were supplied from customer on CUSTOM DESIGNED PRODUCTS. (This product is only returnable in order to have adjustments or repairs done on the pin on unit)
4. If the customer is not satisfied with the VARIABLE PRODUCT OPTION.

products that can not be returned:
Pin-on thumbs OR ANY CUSTOM DESIGN PRODUCT are not able to be returned as they are a custom fit thumb designed around the specs provided by you.
If a Pin-on thumb unit is having fitment issues then we would return the product make the necessary adjustments or modifications to allow for proper fitment & ship the product back to you.

Refunds
Once the product you purchased is received back to our warehouses, we will inspect the product, as well as notify you that it has been received. Immediately after inspection, we will notify you again of the status of your refund. If the return is accepted/approved, an immediate refund will be issued to your credit card (or the original method of payment). You will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee if the reason for return was due to a customer mistake. The 15% restocking fee can be waived on returns if the return freight is paid and the customer is still getting a replacement product from United Tracks & Attachments, LLC.
You will receive the credit in your account(s) within a few days, depending on your card issuer, or bank’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If United Tracks & Attachments does pay the bill for shipping, then the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. All shipping costs will be non-refundable.
Warranty
Our Warranty varies from product to product.

THUMB WARRANTY

Our general Warranty on our thumb units is a 2-year warranty. This warranty protects from Manufacturing defects. There are several fail-safes and tell-tale signs that we have built into the product that will tell us the reason for failure. You may be required to photograph some of these areas for the warranty to be approved by engineering.
All Warranties are pro-rated based off time. Your warranty begins on the date the product delivers to you. The warranty is 2 years long.
We also carry separate warranties on our hydraulic Cylinders. You can ask our staff or reference to description of the product you purchased on the website for more details.
In the case of a warranty being approved. We apply a credit to your account with us. You can apply this credit towards a new product or towards repairs of your current product.
We do not offer cash refunds back to the customer when a warranty is approved. All Warranty claims will be held as a store credit.

RUBBER TRACKS WARRANTY

Our general Warranty on our thumb units is a 18-MONTH or 1500 HOUR warranty on excavator tracks. OR for skid steer tracks it is a 1-year OR 1000 hour warranty. This warranty protects from Manufacturing defects. There are several fail-safes and tell-tale signs that we have built into the product that will tell us the reason for failure. You may be required to photograph some of these areas for the warranty to be approved by engineering.
All Warranties are pro-rated based off time. Your warranty begins on the date the product delivers to you.

You may be required to photograph some of these areas for the warranty to be approved by engineering.
